We operate under a public offer agreement model. When you pay the invoice, you automatically accept the terms of this agreement. Once your payment is received, the selected business database will be delivered to your email automatically, and a delivery confirmation (service act) will be sent afterward.

Can I request a refund after purchasing a database?
Since our products are digital downloads, they are non-refundable. After downloading the file, it’s not possible to return it, as the data becomes fully accessible and reusable.
