This dataset includes Latvian companies involved in all aspects of real estate: buying, selling, renting, managing, and agency services—both for their own properties and on behalf of clients under contracts or fees.
This dataset contains company contact information. Each record may include some or all of the following fields:

– VAT Numbers – Value Added Tax identification numbers assigned to the company.
– Company Name – Official registered name of the company.
– Registration Date – Date when the company was officially registered.
– Status – Current operational or legal status of the company.
– Activity Scope – Main business activity or industry in which the company operates.
– Address – Official or principal business address of the company.
– Phones – Contact telephone numbers for the company.
– Website – Official website of the company.
– Validated Emails – Verified and active email addresses.
– Not Validated Emails – Unverified or potentially inactive email addresses.
