1. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the provision of data services and access to digital products (e.g., downloadable company databases) offered on this website. By purchasing or requesting a service, the Client accepts these terms.

2. Services Provided

The Company provides:

Access to downloadable company data files (e.g., in XLSX/CSV format).
Optionally, custom data collection or filtering services upon Client request.

The services are provided remotely through digital means (e.g., downloads, email delivery).

3. Order and Payment Terms

Orders can be placed via the website interface or by contacting the Company directly.
Payment is made via online methods (e.g., card, e-wallet) or by invoice (for legal entities).
For bank transfer payments, the Client agrees to this Service Agreement upon invoice payment (offer acceptance under Latvian/EU law).
Upon payment confirmation, digital products are made available for download or sent via email.

4. Delivery and Format

Standard data products are delivered immediately after payment.
Custom datasets are delivered within the timeframe agreed individually via email or written communication.
File format: Excel (XLSX) or CSV.

5. Use of Data

The Client may use the data for lawful business purposes such as sales prospecting, marketing, or research.
Redistribution or resale of data is not permitted without written consent from the Company.

6. Data Accuracy and Updates

The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy by aggregating from open, publicly available sources.
However, data may change over time, and the Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy or completeness.
Clients are encouraged to request a free demo before purchase.

7. Returns and Refunds

As digital products cannot be “returned”, all purchases are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the description of the data before purchasing.

8. Confidentiality

Any custom requests or client data shared with the Company will be treated as confidential.
The Company agrees not to disclose or resell any custom data gathered specifically for the Client.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of the data.
The Client assumes full responsibility for complying with local laws regarding email/contact outreach.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
